Some may say that I'm crazy to be swimming 8 miles (12.5km) in two days, truth be told, I am. Although it might be difficult in some eyes, in my eyes, it's for the world of good. Raising money for a Charity for Children fighting Cancer, to be able to try to live a happy childhood.
I love swimming and helping others ,so what better way is there to do both things I love, other than swimming for CHOC.
I have seen two very close family members suffer with this terrible disease. This is one of the main reasons why I want to do the 8 mile swim again.
Knowing how many children suffer with cancer, I want to try and make a difference in the life of an innocent soul.
Please donate to this amazing Charity CHOC. Any and all donations contributing to my R10 000.00 goal, will be greatly appreciated and go to aid in the financial care of these amazing warriors, fighting this horrible battle.
