As part of the 8 Mile team for 2018, I will be swimming the Midmar Mile eight times over two days. This is to raise funds and awareness for the awesome Princess Charlene of Monaco Foundation.
The Foundation works to use the values instilled through sport to build strong adults. Their programmes include water safety, learn to swim and school sports education.
