For the remainder of 2016 all charities will receive 100% of the amount that you donate. We know how important your donation is to both you and the charity you're donating to, so we want to hand over all of it! We may need to charge a small admin fee in future, but we'll be doing everything we can to ensure that we can extend the offer into 2017 and beyond.
Most likely not. If there are any problems after your card has been authorised we reverse the authorisation. If you have any doubts or concerns please email your details to us at and we'll be happy to confirm it for you. (if you can provide your 12 digit transaction reference it would help a lot)
Once your donation has been confirmed it will appear. For credit/debit cards this is usually immediately. SnapChat and EFT payments can take a little longer and may need to be manually confirmed - these shouldn't take more than 24 hours to appear though.
Don't worry, we can sort that out for you. Please let us know at which event/fundraiser/charity you were sponsoring, how much the donation was for, and roughly when you donated so that we can link your donation to the right event.
Registered users are able to create a fundraising page for any of our upcoming events by clicking the Start Fundraising button on the event pages. In some cases events have a list of official charities which could restrict the list of charities available to you.
Please email us at with any details you can provide and we'll get it added as soon as possible. We will contact the organisers for permission to add the event to our site so there may be a small delay.
Absolutely. Our whole site uses SSL so no information is ever passed across the internet from your browser to our servers unencrypted. Our database uses full database encryption so any information you choose to store with us is safe.
No. If you choose to save your card details with us only a token is saved on our servers. The token is issued by our fully PCI Certified payment gateway, and will only work against our merchant details. If you don't save your card details we only store the last 4 digits of your card number to help with any future enquiries. Your CVV number is never stored.
Yes. We accept all Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards.
Unfortunately not. There are additional charges for American Express over and above Visa/MasterCard that we can't currently justify. Should anything change in future we would be happy to include AmEx as a payment option.
Not at the moment, although we do intend to offer PayPal payments soon

For charities and NPO's: Zero. No signup cost; no monthly fee; 0% admin charge for 2016. You will receive 100% of the money donated to you.

Absolutely. The kydrin foundation is a registered non-profit company in South Africa and we actively encourage donations. If you donate to kydrin you'll be supporting every charity and cause on our website.
