The Capital K Swim at Midmar Dam celebrates it's 25th anniversary in 2017. The event offers a choice of 3 distances over 6 events starting with a 3km swim. A 500 metre fun swim, focussing on introducing kids to open water swimming, takes place between the four 1 km events which will serve as official seeding events to the 2018 aQuelle Midmar Mile.
