Midmar 2017

Karley Lotz is raising funds for Princess Charlene of Monaco Foundation

My name is Karley Lotz. I am currently a student at Crawford North Coast and I am 16 years old. I am passionate about sports, the training, focus and discipline that it has taught me and empowered me as an athlete and teenager. HOWEVER THIS IS NOT ABOUT ME AND MY ACHIEVEMENTS AS AN ATHLETE BUT RATHER THE INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY I HAVE BEEN GIVEN. Over the Midmar Mile weekend, a few selected swimmers take up the challenge of swimming all 8 events to raise funds for specific charities. I am so excited to be part of the Princess Charlene of Monaco Foundation that promotes and provides water safety education and learn to swim opportunities to the children of South Africa. I am extremely fortunate to be a student at Crawford North Coast and our ethos is to always give back to the community and take part in community outreach programmes and I feel that this would be the perfect opportunity to do fundraising for a cause that is so close to my heart. Please help me to raise funds for this wonderful initiative. Contact me at karley.lotz@gmail.com if you need any information. Your support is much appreciated. Karley x
