Charity 8 Challenge 2022

Tara Hamilton is raising funds for CHOC

My whole life, since I can remember, has revolved around swimming. Since the age of 5/6 I have swum gala's and won many awards for my achievements in swimming. I swam my first Midmar in grade 7, 2017, after many many months of training. Since then, when I saw the group of 8 milers, it has been my high school goal to complete this challenge. Since I made this decision  at the end of 2019, I have been doing up to 6-7 training sessions a week to make sure I am fit enough to undergo this challenging goal of mine. During my 8 mile swim in 2022, I shall be swimming for CHOC who use their money for the worthy cause of children with cancer and life- threatening blood disorders. My dream would be to raise money for these kids and give them everything they need.
