2023 will be my 8th Midmar Mile and fittingly my first 8 Mile.
The best way to avoid feeling helpless, is to get up and do something, that's why I am here.
I will be swimming to raise funds for CANSA in the hope that my contribution can help the organisation reach more families and provide the support that is so desperately needed when that dreaded diagnosis comes in. This is a cause close to my heart and I hope you will help me in whatever way you can.
