Join the CHOC Cows and myself in supporting the Childhood Cancer Foundation of South Africa, through the aQuelle Midmar 8 Mile Charity swim in February 2024.
At Midmar 2023, 51 Cows raised over R760K through mobilising individual donors in their networks. All those R10s and R100s add up! I have set out to raise R10,000 for the 2024 swim, and while an Angel-Donor would be cool, I think it would be more awesome to spread the “Moosage” as wide as possible by asking for R50 from 200 people. Or, can you imagine, R20 from 500 people? At that rate the greatest opportunity-cost to support the Charity Swim is probably the time and effort it will take to follow the link to the event’s direct fundraising portal.
No contribution, however, is too small, or too big, towards supporting the awesome work CHOC does in providing comprehensive support to the families of children with cancer and life-threatening blood disorders.
