Hi everyone!
My name is Yolandi du Plooy and I am 18 years old.
Cancer has had a big impact on my life in the past, especially after the passing of my grandfather in 2017.
Ever since, I have longed to make a difference and improve the lives of cancer patients in SA.
In 2022, with the grace of God and with the kind help of so many special, generous individuals I was able to raise R10 700 for CANSA and participate in the Midmar 8 Mile Charity challenge.
It was such an amazing experience and sparked a dream in my soul: To one day raise R20 000 and participate in the Midmar 16 Mile Charity challenge! And I am glad to say that - after many bumps and a hip operation in the road - that day is today!
Help me make this dream a reality by blessing the lives of children with cancer.
