My name is Kat. I am 42 years old, I am a proud mother of three wonderful girls and a devoted wife. Leading an active and healthy lifestyle has always been a priority in my life, not only for my own well-being but also to set a positive example for my family.

Recently, I have embarked on a deeply personal journey to support a cause that is very close to my heart. Having experienced the pain of having a seriously ill child and tragically losing a child myself, I understand firsthand the unimaginable challenges and heartache that families face during such times.
