As an outdoor enthusiast, I am the biggest admirer of our mountains & oceans. Sadly, I am witness to how we are negatively impacting these fragile environments through the choices we make; sometimes through ignorance but often through negligence. Each one of us is responsible for our planet, a planet that is weeping and crying out to us to care for her. This 'cry' is the motivation behind me goal:
I will swim 8miles at Midmar 2020 and need your support to reach my fundraising goal of R12 000. My beneficiary is WILDLANDS; an incredible organization which improves the lives of thousands of South Africans whilst restoring & conserving our planet through each of their 7 programs. Their focus is on inclusive growth & sustainability and they need your help! Every cent that is donated will go to them (I am covering my own expenses regarding the event)
