I will be swimming the Midmar Mile 8 Times in 2020 with the aim of raising funds for the NSRI. Every Rand will be appreciated.
The NSRI is a non-profit, search and rescue organisation with over 1000 volunteers who are on call 24/7 every day of the year. The NSRI is not only stationed along the coast they also have stations at some of the larger inland dams.
NSRI's Goal is to prevent drownings through education, through preventative measures and thorough rescue." In light of the drowning in December & January 2020 I would say this is a priority
Have a look at all the good work they do - www.nsri.org.za. All contributions will be greatly appreciated. It's very easy and safe to donate on this platform
