Hi guys, 2019 will see me taking part in my fourth Midmar Mile 8 Mile Club and this time round I have the privilege of swimming for CANSA. As per the statistics on CANSA's website, 1 in 4 South Africans are personally diagnosed or have a loved one affected by cancer and environmental and lifestyle factors cause an astonishing 90% of cancers. I'd appreciate any support for an organisation working tirelessly at helping cancer victims and their families and also creating awareness regarding prevention and education.
